Sometimes we focus on image management more than actual growth. And then we don't give any time and effort and discipline to working on the “real you”, because if you've got an image to maintain, it's a full-time job. So, we stop improving, stop growing, stop getting better. We need pretend-free relationships, and when you find THAT place, it changes your life.
