OPEN HANDS: Chapter 3
🙌 WHAT IF WHAT YOU HAVE IS ALREADY ENOUGH?
Have you ever looked at your time, talents, finances, or circumstances and quietly wondered, "God, how is this ever going to be enough?"
Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, stretched financially, uncertain about your abilities, or wondering whether what you have can really make a difference.
You're not alone. ❤️
In this encouraging and practical message from Hope Church YYC, Pastor Abe Brown continues our OPEN HANDS series with Chapter 3: FAITHFUL TO THE T!
Our TIME. Our TALENT. Our TREASURE. His PROVISION.
Through the lives of Moses and Timothy, and Jesus' Parable of the Talents, we discover a powerful truth:
God does extraordinary things through ordinary people who trust Him with what they already have.
WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER
🙌 THE 3 G's OF OPEN HANDS STEWARDSHIP
1. GOD'S — Recognize WHO Owns It. He Owns It.
Everything belongs to God. We move from the pressure of ownership to the peace of faithful stewardship.
2. GIVEN — Take RESPONSIBILITY For It. I Manage It.
God has entrusted every one of us with something valuable. We don't need to compare ourselves with others or allow fear to bury our gifts.
3. GENEROSITY — Be FAITHFUL With It. We Share It.
Discover how to honour God through three areas of everyday life:
⏰ TIME: Making room for God, relationships, and what matters most.
🌱 TALENT: Using our gifts, abilities, and experiences to serve others.
❤️ TREASURE: Honouring God through faithful financial stewardship, tithing, special offerings, and caring for the most vulnerable.
We'll also explore Hope Church YYC's bigger vision: creating more opportunities for Loving God, Loving People, and Helping Calgary Flourish!
