What if joy isn't found in having more, achieving more, or finally getting everything to go your way?

This Thanksgiving Sunday at Hope Church YYC, Pastor Abe Brown shares “The Formula for Joy” — a practical, biblical message about four powerful ingredients for a flourishing, joy-filled life.

Drawing from Scripture, including Psalm 16:11, John 15:11, Romans 15:13, Habakkuk 3:17–19, Hebrews 12:2, Ephesians 2:10 and 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18, this message reminds us that biblical joy isn't dependent upon perfect circumstances. Christian joy can survive circumstances that happiness cannot: happiness says, “Something good happened TO me.” Joy can say, “God is still WITH me.”
